Hello! I'm Amalia, accredited Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with a degree in Institutional Relations from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE), and a French Language Professor at the Alliance.
My professional experience at companies like Bunge & Born in Comega and at the Presidency of Foreign Affairs and Worship of the Argentine Nation has allowed me to develop skills in the organizational field. I became certified as an Ontological Coach at The Newfield Network and in Organizational Coaching and Emotional Leadership at the University of San Andrés. Additionally, I completed the advanced training course in Logotherapy led by Lic. Silvana Torrijo, a founding member of the Argentine Foundation of Víktor Frankl's Logotherapy, and obtained certification in Points of You.
Currently, as a coach, I focus on accompanying individuals and organizations to redefine their stories in the face of new scenarios and challenges. I use concrete coaching tools for self-awareness and self-management to achieve extraordinary results.

Hello! I'm Ceci, accredited Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Business Administration graduate from the Universidad del Salvador (USAL).
I started my coaching journey with Protagonista de Cambio, engaging in various programs focused on human effectiveness, leadership, and coaching. I continued my academic training and became certified as an Ontological Coach and Advanced Ontological Coach at The Newfield Network. Additionally, I completed my training as a Professional Agile Coach at Leadinup and obtained certification in Organizational Coaching at the University of San Andrés and Executive Coaching at IAE Business School. To complement my coaching skills, I certified in Points of You and hold a master's degree in coaching in organizational leadership.
I've worked in various areas of large corporations such as Citibank, Esso, and Telecom, as well as in family-managed companies.
